I choose to book a taxi from Eindhoven to Amsterdam on a NS train strike day. Frank(driver) was very warm and friendly, and arrived on time for the pick up. Car was clean and smelled great too! Highly recommend.

We used Pin Taxi Eindhoven for transfer to and from Efteling Park. From Start to finish we received excellent service. Good communication from Danny on initial booking, pick ups were exactly on time and the vehicle was very clean and tidy . Frank was very good and again good communication on pick up and return . Last Thursday, we took pin taxi for our trip from Eindhoven to Schiphol airport. It was a pleasant and comfortable ride. We have Lisette as our driver, and she is a very good driver and friendly as well. We have quite good conversation as well during the trip. Travel as a family to Schiphol sometime can be a bit troublesome, but with pin taxi we have good experience. We are 4 people with 2 big luggage and 4 hand carries. I highly recommend for those that are looking for a comfortable ride to the airport from Eindhoven.

My husband and I rode with Pin Taxi from Schipol airport to Eindhoven. A small family run business, they were super professional and prompt with responses and arrived well in time to pick us up. It was extremely easy to coordinate with constant updates close to our date of travel and upon arrival. The cab was ultra clean and spacious, and Frank was a genial man to speak with. We had a small mutual miscommunication, a case of lost in translation where we got off at the wrong address, and Frank came back promptly to pick us up despite being a distance away and ensured we reached the right location. We wouldn’t hesitate recommending Pin Taxi to anyone, and we surely would be glad to ride with their service again. :)

Danny responded to my booking inquiry very quickly, and also to my questions in very timely manners. On the day of travel, Frank was early and helped me with my luggage (four of them). He kept me posted on where we were during the journey. Upon arrival when there was no one at the hotel door who could help with the luggage, Frank helped me to get a trolley and settled me in the lobby. It’s my second time using their service. We had a very smooth trip from Eindhoven Airport to Liege. Our flight was delayed by nearly an hour, but our driver, Frank, was very courteous and patient. We had four 20 kg and five 10kg cases along with baby equipment, so we needed a large car. They sent a new, very comfortable Ford Torneo with the baby seat and booster installed.Also, Frank was very friendly, a nice guy to talk to.All in all, an excellent service.

Pin Taxi have been extremely accomodating with our booking from Den Haag to France.(8 hour journey) Their attention to detail is phenomenal, changing the veichle from the hummer to the van for our journey after identifying that our cats and luggage might not fit. We had issues with our boat being delayed, Danny and his team were able to move our booking several times to accommodate us. And the journey for us and our cats was super smooth. I would highly recommend them for both long and short journeys alike. I personally will be using them again when I am next back in Den Haag.

Thanks to Frank for the trip! We booked a day before we would arrive at Eindhoven (to be honest less than 24 hours). He answered via Whatsapp in a few minutes and confirmed our booking. The price is really unbeatable. He met us at the airport and even gave a bottle of water. Really appreciated it. The trip was nice, from Eindhoven to Liege. The most important thing considering a lot of negative comments on other taxi companies is that Pintaxi is a really reliable one! We are more than satisfied.

I have used the services of Pin Taxi Eindhoven on several occassions. The longest travel has been from Eindhoven to Luxembourg. Pin Taxi is unbeatable: they are prompt, courteous, professional, trustworthy, reliable and very kind. My whole family uses their services and they are all very happy indeed and we will keep on using their services in future. 5 out of 5 no doubt!
